Starter Pens
Made for short-term use, our Starter Pens help smooth your calves’ transition to a Calf Hutch, Indoor Pen, Group Hutch or Robotic Feeding system. The labor-efficient units come in three distinct styles to suit your operation’s needs, and all of the pens are molded in one piece from high density polyethylene for durability and easy cleaning.
Ultra Flex-Pens
Keep your calves healthy and happy with the next generation of the Flex-Pen! The center panel can be removed for ULTRA versatility for either single or group calf housing.
These pens are also modular for ULTRA flexibility. Add on single pens for individual calf housing, or combine it with group pens – all in the same row.
Flex-Hutches
Each Flex-Hutch can house two or three calves depending on your choice of configurations. The Flex-Hutch can be placed directly on the ground or it can also be mounted on an elevated slatted floor.
The sturdy plastic construction is easier and less expensive to maintain than wooden hutches while lasting up to four times as long, saving you time, money and headaches.

Group Hutch
A customer favorite! When calves are raised in calf hutches and then, after weaning, are placed with a large group, it causes much stress on the calf. By transitioning weaned calves into a group hutch you will eliminate the competition for food and water, and the calf will adapt to being with others.

Standard Transition Pen System
This system includes tough aluminum gate panels, two hook over troughs and front door gate. When it comes to moving or disassembling, these group transition pens are quick and easy. Agri-Plastics designed the Transition Pen System to pin together simply at the corners. 108″ Wide.
XL Transition Pen System
The XL Pen system has the same features as the Standard Pen system – tough aluminum panels easy assembly, front door gate, and two hook over troughs. This pen is 30 inches wider, giving your livestock more outdoor space. At 138″ wide, the XL Transition Pen has an additional 480 sq. ft.
Rolling Transition Pen Systems
With tough aluminum side panels and three mounted troughs, these pens are ideal for calves from 6 to 20 weeks of age. This system is also compatible with Milk Bar Systems.
